Short, and the same for everyone.
- 1Work begins after a deposit that confirms the order.
- 2If I have not started yet, the deposit is refunded in full.
- 3If I have started, 85% is refunded, and 15% covers the work already done.
- 4Scope, timeline, and price are fixed in the contract before work begins.
